A medium-sized company with automotive as its main sales market supplies its customers with high-quality products from various production sites. The company has grown organically through acquisitions and the founding of a subsidiary. As a result of this growth, the logistics of the flow of goods has moved out of focus.

In an initial exchange, non-binding potentials were first discussed and evaluated. The joint assessment then led to a new invitation to tender for freight services and a consolidation of freight routes by the experts from CRAB Analytics. After the conceptual design, they also supported the process operationally until it was successful.
